I have been asked twice in the past week about floor pans and repairing them vs change. My asnwer is normally the same, buy a set of floor pans from Bob Allan / The Imp Club Spares service.
Currently The Imp Club Spares service is the only source for these but at £75 a side (as of this post) they are as cheap as a repair section for along the sill or to use as a complete pan replacement allowing access to the grotty seat cross member areas at same time.
Here is what they actually looks like.
This is a complete section with plenty margins to spare around the front wheel tub and inner edges at the central gear change tunnel.
HOWEVER
As a full replacement the amount of material at the "most" edge at the rear nearest the center tunnel is not as generous so CUT THERE LAST !
Here is one I took the opportunity to trim against another car while it was on the jig. I would strongly suggest trimming as close to actual size as possible for your car before cutting the space out.
Kt will be noticed the step under the seat cross sections is missing from the replacement panel, if you wish to retain this then you will need to fit the pan in 2 sections
As you can see there is a lot of surplus which is great for patching some other parts of the car.
AS the pans are only available as a service from The Imp Club please appreciate that it is a member service and membership is required to purchase.
The floor pans are currently only available from The Imp Club
