Fuel Tank Bulk Head Cover Section

This is what I have done for my own car, if you remove the backings and the 3 9mm holes for the bulkhead mounts this is a STANDARD bonnet area card.

If anyone wants the 3D models for CNC cutting then just ask
Bottom end I bond 2mm neoprene to tank, adda few spots of acrylic adhesive and it slips nowehere, ribber rubber on top same as Daves
Backing I use 2mm aluminium cut same as back section, dealers choice on backing material.
Material is 2.3mm Mill board from Woolies Trim
If in doubt, make your own


Bottom with neoprene base under and ribbed rubber (also from woolies trim)
No back re-enforcemnt on this image, that was added later as the corners started to degrade.
