    A very rough model on what the structure looks like on your Imp wheel arches and very few ever had paint/sealer down there. It is afantastic water trap !!!

    It removes the worst part of the joint, the folded seam

    And replaces it with either a welded (restoration/paint wing) or a panel bond attach (minimum exterior skin damage)

    Here is a picture from Colin that has since expired in CA Restorations Corner

    Actual cut sections being fitted with minimum and much easier to seal arch inner (not to mention cheaper than a repair arch and much easier/quicker/better to do !

    That would have been a lot easier and a better solution than fabricating all 4archs on mine.

      Gary, yes 4 small holes at top for syringe, inject epoxy to run back down what inner seam there is was my next idea on that one for the fronts but so much easier.
