This set up works every time for me. Open bleed nipple with a clear pipe to an open container. Jack up the front of car so reservoir is slightly higher than slave cylinder. Wait for a few minutes keeping an eye on reservoir level. When you have fluid in the open container, fit proper bleed bottle with one way valve if you have one if not keep the pipe and open container in place.
1. press pedal and pull clutch fork all way towards the back of the car, close bleed nipple
2. pump pedal slowly keeping your hand on the clutch fork it will move towards front of car when it stops moving out.....
3. press pedal to floor open bleed nipple and pull clutch fork all the way towards rear of car, close bleed nipple
4. pump pedal slowly keeping your hand on the clutch fork it will move towards front of car when it stops moving out......
4 times is the max I have had to do this to get a clutch pedal.
If the clutch has not bled by this point you have a problem.
Potential problems
1. Failed master cylinder
2. Failed slave cylinder
3. Pipe work leak
4. Not closing the bleed nipple to make it seal
5. Not opening the bleed nipple enough to get a good flow of fluid to flush out trapped air.
