Keith
I have only ever done this once and it dic not come out great, solid but not great
I attached a full sheet of steel and a little extra( about 1" either end) at the upper swage line
The sheet then I cut along the lower swage line that comes along the line from the rear cross member to the last bit of radius on that corner
Uou can now fold it under the car and trim, looks like a big bat wing out back until trimmed, when you trim that it gives you the line around the back corner and the folded flap underneath.
If that makes sense !/ John

Keith, that will be cool, I managed to get it 80% there with that one shet and cut, from memory I had to do a second vertical cut down the very corner at 45 deg to fold the back corner tight
On wheel arch I had to just slit/fold slit/fold to get it to shape, that was actually the bit that turned out ugly as it had lots of little "steps" between the slits and i had to hammer/dolly it a lot.
Doing it again I would only tack the sheet in, get the back slits in and tacked, then fold the arch edge and use the shrinker instead

Thanks John, yes it's probably a lot more work than a bought panel and a lot harder but I wanted to try. As you see I've got the back bit to my liking so if I can get the bit between the arch repair and the back sorted will be pleased. Good to see you were out in Boris! How appropriate today. I am fabricating but not like a government advisor!
