That's the clever way to do it Dave...
I just fired in with the hole cutter in the first one before I thought about them being sided. :o obviously the first one I did was the one that I should have moved the spring tang first.... Oops.. Carry on regardless, similar result but not as clever as yours..
Didn't get much done tonight but something none the less.. Fitted the headlamps which will need to come back out as I need to seal them in some way. I'm thinking the closed cell foam route self adhesive more than likely cut to shape.. Do a trial one some point this week.
So tonight the headlamps went in along with the fuel tank framework, tool tray and I made up check straps for the front suspension to prevent the springs falling out of place.
I ran out of stainless nylocs for the bolts I was using for the straps so came home. Continue tomorrow to finish of the rears.
