Getting there now John but still a lot to do before the engine goes in. Need to finish the engine first
Pulled the windscreen from the attic the other night which has been there for the last 10 years and noticed there is a mark over the passenger side like a grinding disc has went over it or something scuffed up it. Strange mark on it and loads of little scratches all over it.
It has a zebra trip!ex sticker on it toughened glass so possibly the original one.
You don't have decent windscreen for sale by chance?
Thanks Sam.
Cheers

Thanks John, I will let you know when I can get up to see you and have a look at and hear the turbo
After getting the roll cage painted last night it was time to fit it tonight.
Gently as she goes though as didn't want to scratch anything or rip the new headlining.. So my son c ame with me to keep me right.
This was bought from Alan Ramsay at the Perth National 2014. It was not as shiny as that I may add when I bought it .. I've also added door bars and better fixings to bolt it all together.

Not a lot been done on The Pest lately but today was a wee bit different as I did get something done.
On arrival to where it is a mate popped in for a check on the progress as he has only seen it in photos.
After going over it and sending photos to his sister who once owned a few Imps then sitting in it once I got the seats temporarily installed I managed to get the door windows fitted.
There is rally style sliders being fitted to give some ventilation which I have still to cut the hole for on both doors. This is why I fitted the seats to give a better idea where to place them
cheers

Thanks John,
The screen went in reasonably easy, it is the chrome trim that causes the issue even with the tool. Maybe the user that was the issue
Yeh, I could put an Imp engine in it still. Bought a gearbox from Paul but would need an engine and ancillaries, clutch etc..
Cheers
