A lot more involvd on imp doors than you would think. they are arkward and those hinge pins are a real witch.
I thought I had been blessed with this job but oh no, botom hinge pin AND the window regulator handle would not budge. Typical 5 minute job, 50 minutes. Must be a rule of the car universe
So here is door tear down and me fumbling with that bottom hinge pin. Made me laugh, kind of summed up my week
hinge pin replacement and reaming for new hinge pins, in this case I made the pins from some steel stock, they were not knurled at the end as these doors wont be staying, more doors are on the way.
Not looking forward to fitting new doors to a alien shell, but no choice, doors that are original to the car are complete toast.
