Does anyone have a solution for this? The seal is non existent, the threads are buggered and they wont pull up against the car, so water pisses in. After last weekends fun and games fitting a choke cable, my Imp Tarka has now got a working choke. Luckily I bought 2 cables at the same time and this one works better than the first cable that flew off the end of the choke lever. Irony is it now works better off the car, so I've put some oil down it and have got it hanging up so the oil goes the full length of it.
