Having decided I can't deal with the low speed fuelling problem of the link pipe between 1,2 and 3,4 on the EFI Stromberg manifold I've gone to the Solex EFI setup. So NOTHING else has changed about the engine it's just a straight comparison and I can tell you it's not looking good for the Solex beyond 4kprm. The minute I started driving it on the Solex manifold I could tell it had lost power at the top but the resultant volumetric efficiency tables tell you just how much.
