Anyway this week i came up with the right winding spec and after a dummy wi…nd and test on a S/H one rewound a brand new Denso , varnished and tied the stator and it was built up for proper testing . Naturally I get to try it on one of my cars and its been a real success . These will be available to buy through work although I must point out they wont be cheap , When you add the cost of the Denso then 6 hours for me to rewind and finish the stator the rough price will be around £400 , for those wanting a light , neat and tiny alternator to power the air suspension , heated screens or some massive music set up these might be an option . We are also developing proper CNC adaptor brackets and ball joint adjusters but these wont be for a good while . ATM they are just plastic printed mock ups .
