    An email i had regarding WWW form lakeside...Date: 04/07/2020Dear CustomersWelcome to Lakeside Caravan Park, it is wonderful to be open again (as long as the virus remains under control) and we hope you enjoy your stay.As with every other aspect of our lives, things have changed, and Lakeside Caravan Park must follow rules to ensure the site can re-open safely. Hopefully, this will ensure all our customers will be happy and confident in visiting us again, without increasing the chances of contracting COVID 19 on the park or spreading it within the local community.We have decided to send your arrival and departure information via email before you arrive to lessen the amount of contact in reception. Please make sure you have these details with you, as they will include your Caravan Hire Numberand directions or your Pitch Number and directions. We will also remind you to bring your bed linen and pillows if you are staying in our hire caravans. Some of our customers are choosing to bring their own duvets, if you decide to do this please let us know and we will remove ours. Instructions will also be provided on what you need to do when departing. As usual any outstanding balances will need to be paid prior to your arrival.The day before your arrival we will email an online check in form, please complete this information for all guests that are staying. Caravan parks have been asked to gather this information to assist the government in their track and trace policy in case of an outbreak of COVID-19. It is essential that this information is completedThis information has been drafted following advice from the British Holiday & Home Parks Association who are the trade organization for the caravan park industry and following the latest government advice. The new rules and information that are to be followed are shown below and are in addition to our standard site rules which you agreed to when booking. These additional park rules are required for the safe management of coronavirus risks. Lakeside staff will be asked to ensure these rules are being compiled with.We have taken various actions to ensure the safety of all park users including:compliance with health and safety legislation which underpins all our actionscompliance with government advice and guidancerobust cleaning and personal hygiene proceduressocial distancing protocolsinformation to customers about how to stay safe, stay alert and consider others with repeated visual reminderscontingency plans in place should anyone on the park be suspected of having coronavirus.In our hire caravans there will be a strict cleaning regime. Each caravan will be treated with a disinfectant fogging machine, a disinfectant cleaner will be used on all hard surfaces and a steam cleaner will be used onsoft furnishings. All cleaning staff will have access to PPE.We are all aware that COVID 19 has restricted our actions and the rules you must follow whilst staying at Lakeside Caravan Park are shown belowlease relax and enjoy the caravan and/or the area of the pitch you have been allocated, it is important that you do not go on the neighbouring pitch - social distancing must be followed and there must be a clear break of at least 3 metres between neighbouring unitsyou may walk freely on the roads through the park observing 2m social distancing at all times from fellow caravan owners and the park team.no central facilities will be available under the current govt restrictions e.g. Laundry, shared campsite shower & toilet facilities, children’s play equipmentbring soap, hand gel, gloves, toilet roll, disinfectant, hand sanitiser – just to be safeplease feel free to talk to any of our park team but always observe 2m social distanceit is vital that you report feeling unwell with suspected coronavirus symptoms to Garnet or Nina Davies on 07817914232In any emergency please contact us on 07817914232please refer to www.gov.wales/coronavirus for the latest information and advicePlease do not:meet or gather with friends in a social groupinvite or entertain visitorsallow children to roam unsupervised around the park so that they do not, albeit inadvertently, break the 2m rule.Please remember you should not travel to the park if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms.Lakeside Reception and Shop will be open during your stay from 9am – 5pmThe Lake Café is currently closedLakeside Bar is currently closedLakeside Boat Hire is currently closedPlease note as the law evolves and, hopefully, the pandemic is brought under closer control, these measures will be reviewed.
