Singers Ignition switch was feeling a bit iffy so fitted a new old stock one dated 89 . old one was original being Oct 65 so done well . New Switch feels really positive but it did need a squirt of WD40 to get it bursting into life after sitting about for 41 years . i did PTFE lube the barrel whilst in there . Left it ticking over for 1/2 hour - seems to still run fine - cant go nowhere though which is inconvenient but understandable . :) Pic is from a few years back on top of Portland
