Quite a bit of money had been spent on minor upgrades to the car by the time I bought it, but not to the original 'small valve' engine. However it wasn't pristine even then & over time it needed some attention to both the bodywork and the engine to get it to 80,000 miles before I sadly sold it in1986 without an MOT for £100.00!? Probably purchased for the 4533KV registration plate? I do however still have the original Handbook!! ?
