King pin query - too tight? Just replacing the king pins on my 68 imp - what a #### of a job! Managed eventually to press in the new bushes and fit new washers and seals - the carrier is a very tight fit into the stub axle and then the king pins itself is very tight when drifted home. I can just about swivel the carrier side to side when holding the stub axle and brake drum - but it takes all my force to do it. I'm assuming it's all too tight?… Do I need to polish/lightly sand king pin? Do something else?
