Any tips on fitting rear side windows on a saloon? Hoping to be tackling that job before too long, was considering (if there's enough interest) making it into a picture guide for future use by anyone else.
I vaguely know about the trick with a piece of string or fishing line. I'm guessing the window should be fitted into the seal, then the piece of string fitted in place, then the whole thing goes onto the shell. Interested in hearing other people's opinion on whether to use sealant or something else under the seal.
Any advice welcome!
