Sill replacement: I remember seeing a car once that had just had a sill replaced, and it had started to sag. This is going back a few years now and I can't remember what the owner explained had caused it, but it was something to do with not bracing something correctly, I believe.
So my question is, when replacing an outer sill, does anything need to be braced or supported to stop the whole thing turning banana-shaped?
