further to my earlier post(s) about the innards of the oil-filter canister....
I thought I was missing a washer and felt washer shown in the parts list ??
I suspected they might be stuck to the metal plate which, at first glance, looks like it has an integral 'boss' ?
turns out the boss was actually the washer which, with the felt washer, was stuck to the metal plate ?
