2 laps at Lydden Hill from Saturday.
I had played with the dampers and removed the LSD prior to going.
I set the front dampers way to stiff to start the day with the combination of having quicker turn in from the lack of LSD and incorrect tyre pressures the front were higher then expected and the rears lower. (dodgy pump) let's just say the Imp was scary with way to much oversteer.
I softened the fronts off and hardened the rear a few clicks.
Also adjusted tyre pressure. Does anyone have a recommended set up? I was around 17 psi front and 28 psi.
Rear tyres were shot by the time I got the go-pro in the car.
Lydden Hill is apparently quite hard on the tyres. Also the removal of the LSD meant there was way more wheel spin.
Still undersided on what I prefer. LSD feels quicker but wheel spin is fun and that's what I'm about in the Imp.
New Helix clutch was also much better, no rattle at the end of the day.
