I drove past a local scrap yard on the way home from Devon today, so I went in to find out what it would weigh in for. Not a lot apparently, but the good news is I finally got to know the weight of it all. I thought the stiletto would weigh more and the caravan less…..about 100kg less! There was baggage inside, and the mattress, but still surprised.
The whole lot. 1110kg
Caravan. 290kg, so stiletto 820kg
Both will be less as the bedding, clothes, beer (yes really)fridge, cooking stuff, awning etc come out.
