So guys and girls with the help of a good friend we pulled the imp out. It last saw daylight in 1991 and has always been a huge passion for me and my dad. This was originally my grandads car who bought it from my uncles garage in Cambridge.
We had always dreamed of restoring it but time, family, money and day to day life left the imp untouched but not unloved ?
Sadly he recently passed and I’m looking to move it on as I have other projects on the go and kids etc etc.
She’s frilly around the edges but also very sound at the same time. I can see it’s had some work on the sills at the rear, lifted the carpets and floor pan looks very good. Interior really is lovely, Engine is out and seized (any surprises there ??)
However it’s original with 33k on the clock and ripe for that perfect restoration.
I have 50 odd photos warts and all.
Would anybody be able to advise me on a value?
