It’s started! I’ve started pulling it apart. I’m going to strip it, roll it over, sort rust, new sills, rear panels and the floor.

I’d forgotten that most of the floor has the original bitumen on the inside. I’ve had a good look at the rust situation, and it is localised to the rear of the floor and inner sills, the rest looks ok so far. My worry was the part under the rear seats, but it looks like replacing the floor will be all it needs....fingers crossed ?
