I have yet to check with Bob or other suppliers, i have had to make some oil cooler pipes for the clans i am doing, are these hard to source for the imp i.e. does anyone want some whilst i am ordering fittings and pipe, will be proper parts not the cheapest i can find. Will add some pictures later of the ones i have made for the clans. The pipe is made by Aeroquip and is a rubber pipe not with the stainless braid covering that most people instantly think of when you mention Aeroquip. The fittings and pipe are push fit and do not require external clamps.

I have seen the club price on the list. I cannot get near that price with the components i want to use. When we are allowed i will get to Bobs and take a set of my pipes and we can have a look and compare. Might be able to do three prices Club, my steel fittings using motorsport parts (i suspect Club is using hydraulic hose parts) and aluminium fittings in black anodised finish.

3 of these and the postage is same price of clubs hoses. I would still need the straight fitting and the hose. These are the Budget ally fittings.
If you go to Goodridge fittings each 90 deg fitting is more that the club hoses.
Budget steel fittings approx £5.50 each
These are £18 a pair
So scope to cater for every budget.
£10 K race engine would you fit the cheapest hose and fittings you can find and add weight?
Do you want to have non period looking lightweight ally fittings on your restoration project?
Would you risk a good running engine in your pride and joy for the cheapest hose and fittings you could get?
