Still on stands so we might give the wheel arches a wire brush down and some new coating. Must admit to have never actually done this on Boris

So now it is cut out, first wing arch cut back on surface to secure good material, was nearly spotless.

And inside the A pillar was great to see this space which is more or less always hidden, still pristine, paint and covered in sticky wax, love it or hate it (I hate it) when applied correctly it certainly save the cars !

So thats it cut back with good margin, will fix inner lip soon while waiting on replacement panel.

Keith, not much rebuild a few hours after coating and that will be in. Will post some up next few days. Still on clean-up mode.

Was going to have to wait on panels but hugh is letting me borrow one, called Scott but he only has full panels, he did kindly look at some extra ones he had but Hugh already came up with what I was after.

Not digging any further than whats their Keith, no need, its all solid.

Was very odd doing this "mobile" at Pats.

Found a couple of crusty bits at sill end, to ve honest could have left it but new small ends fitted

                              Boris arch repair continued.

Now it is epoxy sealed a few scoops of filler, the wing arch is original so has a specific more sharp profile than the replacement panels. This means building up with some fuiller to match profiles.

                              Very challenging

Got ot as close as we could but cannot get paint as yet so Pat brushed some colour from the touch up pot to seal the primer.
