Picture of the usual AC liner l'm used to fitting and the Imp liner , not alot of difference!!!!!
        Really dinky little fella.
AC liner has enough land at base so you can fit a gasket under it.

Another part to add to stock of bits , brand new rear hatch from Jeff Day
Taken more time than Jeff allowed for but worth the wait , all looks good to go once finish painted and finally assembled . should set back end off nicely to go with side stripe, already have hatch painted in same green as car, but black one has heated element.
Must find time to build her.
Kitchen is main priority at moment.

                  Bob

I think Jeff ony epoxy coated the frames ? might be worth letting the pain shop have the frame and do same colour of car or gloss black. Epoxy finish is usually pretty rough.

But you are right, sometimes the frame being a different colour looks OK.

The one I had on George was white, only ever painted it when it was time to sell.

The white tailgate kind of matched the white stripes on side

Already have one painted same as car , just not heated, that's why l decided if l could get a reasonably priced glass l'd go for it.

                        Yes l noticed that.
Think Jeff has some frames to get rid of.

Yes good trip out for Frances , picked up head gasket suitable for 1010 engine, odd size that no one ever mentions , 73 mm pistons.
Bob supplied me with some club ones that he thought people had fitted to 998s , not sure that it's worth trying , so bit the bullet and bought one of Marks.
Love Marks unit ,real rabbit warrens , could make some cash giving guided tours for Imp owners . TOP BLOKE!
But of course we speak the same language!
Paid for kitchen worktop today so EXPENSIVE day.
Did start off a with visit from Ernie with £25 so that's good.

                                Bob
