After seeing Daves pump mod i had a similar idea but to re-task the redundant pedal box "reversed" as a sort of box for the pump to tuck it away all together.
Was great idea but then i still thought have to still take tank out while Daves is pull out and access, this was years ago.
Talking about it again this evening it occurred that a "hinged" box could be made into the passneger footwell space for the fuel pump or as my idae when doing George was, to have a fold down fuse box in there !
Has loads of potential as hole is already cut in shell and as long as holes kept same reversible !
