These rollover jigs are great but when on castors like I have added they need a little bit more support to keep them square when rolling around.

In an ideal world I would have had a CJ Autos one but far too much money for a hobby restoration.
So cross brace added, 4 x 25mm steel conduit couplers welded on, drilled from top and 2 flange nuts welded on to use as a clapm, the stabalisers are 20mm steel conduit same as i used for my US style bumpers. This stops it wanting to splay a little.

The conduit lengths slide into the larger couplers, the pinch bolt comes down and the threads in the larger couplers bite into the conduit so its pretty firm clamp.
Works very well and just to give you a laugh here is a time lapse video until I had to go out and actually find a few new drill bits !
And the final irke with this jig is the floppy front bar as the imp is not particularly strong at the bumper locations, so time to fabricate a small support bracket to add between the front suspension mount and the cross braces itself
