New easy access help section addded

As commented on by the very helpful folks who have contributed to date the HELP section has been pulled up to the top navigation bar and will be updated as we go along to show the features of the site and how to use them. They are not complicated but like everything else those not used to forum formats and prefer the ease of FBOOK may find a little trouble and need a helping hand

Nice to see a help section being developed to answer user questions, forums are getting a bad reputation these days so I hope you have your dedicated app soon.
