Emoticons bar - Should i turn feature on ??

OK, we do not get a load of traffic but there was a feature introduced a while back which I have not had enabled.

After doing the post update review, checking settings, clearing cache, rebuild thumbs...

Personally I dont really like it but as a community site would you like the use of emoticons as well as smilies ?

Smilies do the job for me !

My own view is it is just fluff that needs fixed if it breaks and contibutes no actual content
