Minor Forum Updates - User Requests and reset of permissions hierarchy
As some new features are used and ready to be rolled out I need to modify user permissions in the background then rebuild the database
Some user features will be done at same time as long as they are within the time allocated, otherwise will be the following Sunday late.
Thanks for everyones patience as we shake out the last of the bugs and make the platform as comfortable to use as possible.
