Some of the simpler user change requests have now been done. These Include
Any more suggestions please feel free, we will be reserving 4 hours each Sunday for "updates" so any requests considered, if its easy it will be dealt with by following week, if it involves more it will be put on the list

- Change test in discussion categories to lower case lettring as the all capitol letters, while bold, appear as "shouting" and also difficult to read on small screen
- Help categories merged into one
- Any user requests or bugs are now recorded in the Admin Section to be viewed by everyone so progress can be seen
- Scottish Area Centres Categories merged into one.
- Wahts Happenning catgories (three of them) are now merged into one category as the traffic is light and does not get many hits (WSM sections most popular for site visits !)
