Description - Not immediately seen that clicking the speech bubble nest to a user avatar starts a instant message session from you to the user
Solution - Change bubble background image on CSS to make more visible or make button for "IM"
DURATION - 6-8 man hours need to schedule for end of Feb-2020 though as more priority things to do
