  • Hoarding - the struggle is real !

Went digging for starters to perhaps refurb like Dave Lane one. I knew there were loads of starters and dynamos in the box but way to heavey for me to move all but the first couple of small boxes.

The crate is stuffed full and thats just a couple of rows, why do we keep such piles of stuff we will never need

Oldest starter that came to hand was a 1957 one, second from the MK 1 a 1963

    Everything else left in place

The haul today was small, box of standard SOlex bits, another early solex with auto choke and air throttle linkage, the 63 starter and a sport manifold I thought was sold (will be shortly)

Hoarding is a medical condition for which there is no known cure short of loosing the space to keep it all , move into a caravan in the middle of nowhere - thats you not the parts - lack of space will cure you
