  • Marcos bits

Marcos cars , seats don't move so you have a peddle box that moves , knocked up these from the sample this morning , just got to source some discs for engraved badges that'll glue into counterbore . Always something different for me to knock up, had three people after one , mate loaded these on his site and already having bites about them, more to make no doubt.

        Bob

You can order pretty much anything you like in stainless cut to size (or any other metal)

They just need a drawing or model uploaded.

If you give me the diameter and thickness I will get a quote of you like

Plenty of these companies online now.

        Company 1
        Company 2
        Company 3
        Company 4

It's fine it wasn't me ,it was just mate wanted me to make some and it's a bit of a pain parting off and finishing 1.5 mm thick stainless discs , he'd probably only ned a few ,so ebay was best option . Might be making a few more now though , once word gets around , l didn't realise how prominent they were in the car ,i thought they would be under the dash ,but it's right next to steering wheel

Those are just terrible. Think I'd be requesting a refund.

Exactly ! when you see the NICE round discs on listing ,that's what you expect to get, NOT THIS C---P
              Sourced some QUALITY ones now.
Orders for a few now knobs now , giving them a bit more BLING.
Might add brass dome headed rivets between the finger grips as an option, polished up with Marcos
              badge looks the business

                  Thats some fine work Bob

Just had a thought, what would it take to make a bling cover for the standard Imp fuel filler cap ?

I like the one on the right, clean and smart

I'll give that some thought , Good thinking that man!

That was the first design , then the rivet heads then the dimples with the idea you could put blobs of paint into dimples the same colour of car.
Rivet head ones is for the orange Marcos as is going to be unique to that car.
You can see position it's in just to the right of steering wheel so is really "in your face" as it were.
Original knobs were from greenhouse ventilation systems , Marcos worked like that back in the 70s bits and pieces from everywhere on them.
