Paint panels while being heated by the sun which that bit gets all day. Cant say no to free heat

And all looking good until you tuirn around, the feed to my air fed mask comes loose and wipes itself over the wheel arches

I was going to do wet on wet so they would be primed, coloured and clear coat today as I doubt the tunnel will last any rain or wind, but oh no.

Now I have to fix my screw up

Hi John. Stan is Aquarius Metallic. Had him out today for a brief sprint the long way round to Sainsburys. And the long way round back again takes in a few miles 9f motorway. Last time previous to today was 13th of February in the snow. Cheers Andy Click image for larger version

Nice you had the car out Andy. DDG is blocked in the garage by a transit with no frontn end at moment

Can't deny that I really enjoyed it . Shame we will have to be very careful still, as we come out of lockdown. I'll probably have a second birthday under restrictions and it seems the figures are already climbing as the secondary schools opened. Looks like the long haul. I have a few jobs to attend to anyway : bobbycham made washer jets being one, and brake fluid change being two. Apparently a 2% water content added per annum. So it's overdue a swap out...

Andy, opening schools, madness complete bonkers. All politics no science.

I was happy in my bubble too, until schools went back full on, few weeks later they had to close the school Helen works at due to outbreak. Unfortunately it made its way home toHelen and me and that was that. Still not right but I can get back to computer now.

Yes brake fluid changes, most moderns have it as a change every 2 years on service schedule now.

Cheers Andy, everyone will have been enjoying the peace and quiet

Yes, tests now coming back negative here now so should be clear. Going to give it another week or two now though.

Felt great getting out and doing things outside yesterday but could hardly move today.

Could have been doing without the air feed for the mask coming loose and brushing over the arches on the wall but no big deal, they will need done again anyway.

I have nowhere under cover to paint them on the van, the van is a mid-roof so wont fit in a standard garage, so reckoned paint them now, and just rattle can any damage when welded in.

Onwards Andy, only way to go

                        John.

                              Andy

Yip i am my own worst enemy.

Utter stupidity. Thought i wa being responsible and get all my bloods for the liver and db clinic all at same time to cut down trips. it was a fair bit of blood but nowhere near the 500ml they normally drain every two week on some ocassions.

Felt ok, went to cut bits off seat runner on imp, bent over, dizzy, slit disc jammed and shattered and took out the gloves and my hand.

Had surgery yesterday to see what can be recovered, surgeon was optimistic as long as no infection set in. wont know for few months.

Wil be 8 weeks min now before can assess. Cant use hand until then, well its in a cast splint now so cant anyway and thats me not able to drive anyway according to dvla.
