First day yet I have been able to get up in morning and get downstairs, so definitely turned a corner.

Just need to get a bit of rehab under the belt to get moving around again and see how it goes.

Been outside today Bob, I look like a vampire ! not sure I have ever been so white/grey, the hemochromatosis usually keeps my skin a little darker.

But cant believe I am so white
