  • Apologies for small interuption to normal service

Aplogies for the small interuption to normal service and the security errors you may have seen as warnings.

    Please dont be too concerned.

There was no attacks, the SSL certificates should have auto-renewed on 10-DEC and they did not and as (unlike other places) we run https here for secure connections but due to some glitch this did not happen. So first click on 11-Dec and its invalid as the certificate expired.

I had to go and give the cron job I set a kick up the backside and do it manually. i really detest 'puters when they do not do my bidding

    +should+ be all OK now

Its not a security issue even with the warning, its the certicate that allows you to connect to the site with the little padlock in your browser and many browsers now wont connect without https and thats a good thing !

Any issues let me know please, I need to go check the other domains now, 1 down, 106 to go !

      Bob

      I did indeed ask !

All comments are indeed welcome, good, bad, ugly or if i have a choice I prefer funny as a popular add says, every little helps

The offending word is now removed for you Bob and replaced with a better term instead.

Normal service has been resumed I hope

Americanisms, Bob. They really get on my tits, being over 60. And as for using "LIKE" in inappropriate places

To be honest I was starting to enjoy the wind down and less work but now its just piling up and piling up, reckon I need to find a job to get a rest

I am guessing your still busy on all those shiny new cranks for the ACs, working on such nice stuff must be fun

Yes IT'S FUN , got three AC engine builds in progress plus one water jacket conversion , 4-5 Wolseley crankcases (new castings) to machine along with cylinder heads we've never done before so need to do one just to cut it up and prove all water cavities are where they should be , so l'm tied to unit for quite a while .
Only got two rooms left to do on house though , then hopefully PETULA gets my time..
