  • Water Heated washers

Heater part is dead simple , just a length of 15mm copper pipe with some copper brake pipe wound around it , solder the brake pipe in a few places onto the main pipe leaving two decent length ends, its best to flair or use solder ring connectors to give a grip for the rubber pipe .plumb into heater pipe and connect the washer pipe onto the brake pipe one in and one to your jet / s , again a flair on the brake pipe ends using a kit helps the pipe grip , when the heaters on the brake pipe gets hot and so does the washer liquid , fit a one way valve on the outlet by your pump so theres always screen wash in the circuit right up to the jet . using screenwash plus heated water = a nice foam cleaning action .
Tex did a kit years ago but this costs pennies

Use one of these soldered on either end of the pipe so the rubber pipe grips
