John Ross is doing a proper adding fuses thread on here but i thought id stick what ive done just so you get some ideas really .
After the Singers dash caught fire ( horn shorted internally ) a radical rewire was required . After much thought and circuit diagram drawing i figured id use 4 fuse boxes , a small engine bay one that feeds the whole car , then a permanent live and split fed switched live from this to up front for most of the other stuff , The horn and heater fan wires would of required the whole loom to be split up if these were going to be fed off the main fuse boxes so rather than do that i added a fuse box on the OS inner arch just for these two , not ideal but easier .
I made covers from a bit of perspex held on with small brass knurled nuts for ease of access .
I did the Vuskys fuse layout wiring wise much the same but put the fuse boxes inside the car as it was easier - i didnt have to deal with fire damage for one thing .
