Wipe / wash link. - Operate the washer switch and the wipers work as well

One thing i like about moderns is when you operate the washers the wipers also work , Basically you press the washer switch and the wipers also work once , because the the washers are instant and theres a slight delay on the wipers the wipers never operate on a dry screen.
This only works on the early DR3A motor as wiring wise as the live is on all the time the ignitions on and when your switching on the wipers you are in fact switching on the earth .
Basically its a Schottky diode wired in costing a few quid . got mine from here

That's very neat, good idea, sure John will be along soon to have it added to Boris.

On Mildred I'd need some sort of pressure switch that detected when the little rubber squeezy button was pressed.
Folk do laugh though when they see how the washer was operated on these old cars, part of the fun.
