Anyone with variable jet twin carbs be it the Factory Stombergs or twin SUs will know what an ass it is to get at the mixture adjusters with the carb undertray on.
Solution is simple - just cut in an access panel
It needs to have some way of catching any drips or leaks so a slight dish shape will do , i used a part of an old inner wing cut from a scrapped Imp .
secure with self tappers and speed clips or M4 spire clips.
My undertray is cut down anyway but this makes it even easier :)
